BroadSword Tactical provides tactical fitness programming, coaching, and nutrition guidance. All programs are currently in development. Submitting interest through our intake form does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of service availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

All content, programming, and coaching provided by BroadSword Tactical is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

By participating in any BST program, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk. You accept full responsibility for your participation and agree to consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be communicated clearly before any purchase is made. As no paid programs are currently live, specific payment terms will be provided when programs launch.

When paid services are available, refund eligibility will be stated at the time of purchase. In general, digital programming and coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Affiliate Links

This website contains affiliate links, including links to 1st Phorm products. When you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we personally use and trust.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, programming designs, logos, and branding — is the property of BroadSword Tactical and its owner unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

User-submitted content (e.g., intake form responses) remains yours but grants us permission to use it to respond to and fulfill your coaching inquiry.
